Infrastructure & Utilities

• Successfully installed dual electricity connections from WAPDA to MTS tube wells, ensuring uninterrupted supply of fresh water.
  
• Installed 10 new tube wells to strengthen the water distribution network.
  
• Constructed underground irrigation channels and soakage pits to conserve rainwater and improve sustainability.
  
• Re-carpeted 55 KM of roads across Model Town, significantly improving transportation infrastructure.
  
• Installed LED streetlights along Inner Circular Road and Main Boulevard, enhancing safety and energy efficiency.
  
• Introduced net metering in Model Town, advancing renewable energy adoption.
  

Security & Safety

• Modernized the security system with a new fleet of 30 motorcycles and 5 patrol vehicles for effective round-the-clock surveillance.
  
• Acquired a dedicated wireless frequency through PTA, achieving annual savings of Rs. 1 million.
  
• Enforced stringent anti-dengue measures, safeguarding public health.
  
• Closed down illegal Sheesha cafés and implemented a ban on environmentally hazardous Qingqi rickshaws.
  

Community Development & Facilities

• Developed Central Park with new bathrooms, exercise areas for women, five gazebos, a pedestrian bridge, extended lake, and solar-powered lighting for night safety.
  
• Constructed a 110-ft high national flag post at the Central Park entrance to promote patriotism.
  
• Provided free entry to members and families in Central Park, boosting community recreation.
  
• Built car parking facilities at the Central Commercial Market, easing congestion for residents.
  
• Launched a shuttle transport service exclusively for Model Town members and residents.
  
• Organized annual sports festivals and established a Football Academy to promote youth engagement.
  

Environment & Sustainability

• Planted over 110,000 trees and plants across Model Town, strengthening its green footprint.
  
• Supplied biodegradable waste collection bags and modern HDPE wheelie bins, introducing sustainable waste management practices.
  
• Installed solar-powered systems to reduce dependency on grid electricity.
  

Land Retrieval & Asset Development

• Retrieved 57-kanal prime commercial land at Model Town Morr, 40-kanal hospital land from Punjab Health Department, and prime petrol pump land at Link Road from Shell Pakistan Ltd.
  
• Oversaw the construction of Model Town Hospital to expand healthcare access.
  
• Increased rental revenues from Mobilink/Warid cell sites.
  
• Retrieved and redeveloped the Model Town Club and initiated a modern Wedding Complex with three banquet halls.
  

Governance & Digital Transformation

• Implemented a biometric system for computerized land transfers and membership to enhance transparency.
  
• Enforced commercialization policies, shutting down illegal commercial activities and preventing unauthorized setups during tenure.
