The Cooperative Model Town Society does not receive any subsidy,aid,grant or public fund from the Government.
It is being run through its own resources. Following are the major heads of revenue generation:-
- Building Rentals.
- Road Maintenance(Toll Tax).
- Booking Of Grounds.
- Open Land(Tower).
- Nurseries Lease.
- Transfer Fee(Shops & Quarters).
- Lease Of Sports Ground.
- Lease Of Metro Store(Link Road).
- Rent Petrol Pumps.
- Cable Network Fees.
- Income from Barat Ghar.
