At the time of assuming charge, the incumbent management had to face an uphill task completing the construction of Community Centre (Baraat Ghar) which was only 45% complete at that time. Despite the scarcity of resources at that time, the construction of Community Centre (Baraat Ghar) was completed and made operational as a result of which Society started receiving revenue in millions annually.
