Proposed Plan of Model Town Club

We’re proud to announce that the inauguration of The Model Town Club would be held in February 2021 before the upcoming society elections and it will include:

A building for swimming pools with two different centrally heated indoor pools for Ladies and Gents along with a children’s pool. In addition to this, the building would consist of separate steams, saunas, locker rooms and changing areas.
A gymnasium with separate sections for Ladies and Gents, followed by steam, sauna, locker rooms and changing areas
Beauty parlour
Cafeteria
Barbeque area
Yoga /spa /massage /clanatics area.
2 indoor squash courts
3 tennis courts

Retrieving the Model Town Club was even more challenging than its construction. The entire club’s 37 canal vicinity, worth Rs 4 billion was retrieved after which it’s re-construction as per modern trends in line with aspirations of members / residents of Model Town began. The construction has reached its final stages and the club will be inaugurated by February 2021.
