Closing Of Sheesha Cafes

The Society had witnessed a mushroom growth of Sheesha Cafes at Bank Square Market. These Sheesha Cafes had become the Hub of illegal activities which were destroying the future of our young generation of Model Town. The Society’s Management at that time took a firm stance and despite sheer resistance was the first one to close down all Sheesha Cafes operative in Model Town Society. In response to this courageous act of the Society, the owner of these Sheesha Cafes opened a legal front against the Society, but due to its commitment and resolve, the Society came out with flying colours. This initiative taken by the Society set a example for others to follow suite and the same were replicated through out Punjab.
